- ADQ (AD Investment and Holding) has inked a deal to invest $35 billion in Egypt. ADQ has acquired the development rights for the development of a Mediterranean coastal city for $24 billion. ADQ will convert $11 billion of deposits that will be used for investment in prime projects across Egypt to support its economic growth and development.
